The politics and lack of alignment at the leadership level make it harder to get things done and not enjoyable some days. Folks that have been here longer than me are jaded and bitter about the positive changes trying to get pushed through, which can kill moral.

Most of my teammates are engaging, kind, respectful, and solid team players.
What makes you most happy at work?
Executing a plan and shipping a feature to be used by customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The CEO is the gold star. He is customer focused and clear on his intentions for our organization. They rest seem to be playing politics/game of thrones instead of aligning on initiatives together.
