What makes you most happy at work?
When I'm not too bogged down by bureaucracy and meetings and am just able to focus on my work without huge interruptions
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees about their concerns and hiring onshore to show that they care about us as employees and not only as costs to be cut
What are some of the best things about your team?
I like that my team trusts one another to get things done and we're accountable to each other. We mesh well in terms of personality too generally
