From day 1 people are approachable and the work is engaging. Working from home allows me to deliver great work and traveling every few months allows for closer coworker connections. This is a great place to work, the problems are solvable, and we are maturing the company as it grows every quarter.

The leadership team is decisive, and quick to pivot.

People are genuinely vested in making a difference here and helping one another. They are kind. The power-distance is low, which I enjoy. Resistance to change is also low.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Salary and stock are the best parts of the comp package. And while the retirement match isn't good, the flexibility to do what you want inside the retirement plan is good.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great opportunities to connect in person even for those of us who work from home. Excellent onboarding experience. Great volunteer and belonging programs. Tendency to propel work forward and leave this place better than when you found it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Making an impact on the way we work to increase our speed and predictability. I get to build and implement structures that make us better at serving our clients and that's really rewarding. I appreciate facilitating our senior leaders through partnership and prioritization, and enabling teams.
