Conquering big goals and celebrating those accomplishments with a great team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having the opportunity to be a part owner of the company through stock options (amazing!), free lunches, and most importantly, having a flexible vacation schedule (work hard, play hard).
What are some of the best things about your team?
I may be biased, but I work with the best team in the company. They are intelligent, passionate, and hungry. I learn so much from them each and everyday.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
We are a relatively flat organization -- doors are always open to voice concerns and present ideas no matter your position or title. The OCE team is well-stacked, extremely bright, inspiring, and charismatic -- I would follow them anywhere!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
At the end of the day, we truly are a family. When issues arise at work or when Alkamists are struggling in their personal lives, Alkamists show up. It is just moving to see how Alkamists quickly rally together and make things happen, no questions asked. I'm surrounded by a bunch of heroes.
