Accomplishing what I set out to do. Seeing my friends that came with me here from another job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team lead and developers are top notch. I can't complain at all about the interactions I have with them on a daily basis.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a common goal on our team, and we deliver every sprint. That feeling of accomplishment drives me. Not sure about other teams.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are engaging and truly appear to care about our well being, not just because we work for them. I trust my immediate management to look out for me and they have not disappointed me in any way.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation is nice. It shows that you trust us to do the job that we have been hired to do, and if we need some extra time off (but still get our jobs done), we can do that.
