Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have heard of other senior level SaaS positions paying at a higher rate and allowing work-from-home as the standard, not the exception
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It is a constant struggle with our client base with escalations, fires, etc. that prevent us from really serving them in a proactive way. I think we have to do better in every area of Alkami-Dev, Release Management, Implementations, Product, Support, Sales and Success
