I'm being pushed to be my best daily. It's the most rewarding job and experience I've ever had. My only worry is that it may not be sustainable through life. I'd like to improve on my work/life balance, but it's hard when you actually enjoy work and frankly don't mind working more hours.

Getting to talk with my coworkers. Getting new challenges to which I'm unfamiliar and get to learn new things daily. I'm constantly uncomfortable, but also comfortable with being uncomfortable.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My coworkers and leaders are all very supportive, are forgiving when making mistakes, and encourage me to be my best. Most of all they believe in me and trust me.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People want to be better. HR seems to hire emotionally intelligent individuals who just want a positive work life. At the same time, people don't compete with each other. They only compete with themselves.
