Overall the experience is good. I think the expectations of what acceptable or success means between departments varies drastically depending on where you are.

I see certain departments that get to enjoy the "culture" benefits of the company, but mine is not one of those.

While everyone has struggles, my team does a good job daily of trying to provide our clients with the best service possible.

They are experienced high level professionals. The path they are leading the company is great and you can tell they are taking us down the right path.
