Culture has changed within the last 6 months. There is no communication anymore, and there is no direction from upper leadership.

The culture changed about 2-3 years ago when Alex became the CEO. He talks a lot about culture but never walks the walk.

Changes that HR set need to be communicated to the leadership team before they are implemented.

I'm not sure - I feel like the culture has changed recently, so difficult to answer that accurately.

Everyone is a hard worker who looks after clients and tries to make the best choice with overwhelming volume.

The non-management team works together and are very collaborative, even though there is no direction from leadership; we are doing our best.

Communication and execution. The goals given are too generic, and there doesn't seem to be a clear plan for improvement in 2026.

Days are never bored and always have a different puzzle to figure out - I like that I feel like I'm helping to find a solution for our customers.

It seems very important that upper leadership is shifting the culture to try to sell the company. Again, there is no specific direction, and many processes and workflows within the company were removed, with no other options to absorb the work for the people who were left.
