Trust in its employees that allows them to do the best for themselves and the company without sacrificing one for the other.

They are quite vocal in what their goals are; however, they seem to be moving away from employee retention and well being to chasing share price.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Despite really putting in effort to achieving the goals put forth by the team, raises and promotions are hard to get. The leadership team also keeps changing priorities and pushes them to the teams derailing from consistent progress against one goal.
