Our leadership team is people-focused and thoughtful in their approach and delivery of goals/objectives. They are transparent in communication and are servant leaders.

We all love what we do at Alkami and we are good at our craft. We work well together and share the same objectives
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Alkami is fair in compensation. We use a nationally-recognized salary survey to ensure that people are being paid fairly, and we have a lot of opportunity for growth.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Some individuals are able to be promoted, whereas others are not, and there are not always clear paths upward. However, managers do care about employees and work is still valued.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company's culture is one that fosters collaboration and communication. It is natural and not forced by leadership. Everyone at Alkami naturally wants to work together and do well for their teams, their company, and themselves.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love what we do for our community: helping the small and mid-size credit unions and banks compete with megabanks. We truly offer a product that is looking to better serve our community and the economy at large.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is people-oriented. Alkami consistently donates money, time, and resources to different community organizations. Any Alkamist that volunteers in the community for 5 hours is eligible to potentially earn $250 to donate to a non-profit of their choice. We have fun events and lots of swag!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel valued as an employee, and oftentimes empowered. Most leadership does a fantastic job of investing in their teammates, and if there's ever an instance where that is not the case, it's usually an individual instance and not the fault of the company as a whole.
