The culture is becoming more of a do more with less attitude. I think the management is so far removed from the front line they are not realizing the amount of extra stress of pressure being given to the employee

Because I don’t make enough money as an agent. I make just enough to get buy and have no money left to do anything else. I would feel better if I was paid a bit more.

I work for an Allstate exclusive agent we do not get Allstate benefits. I guess it's the smart corporate way to have people work for you and held to your rules but you don't have to pay for their benefits.

Nothing can be done except more money

It takes 10-12 hours to do what is supposed to be an 8 hour day. The compensation and pay make it so you don't want to leave even though it is killing a work/life balance.
