Market relevant salary for high performers. Enough of the everyone is a winner attitude..some people are not performing or not making a sacrifice yet they get equal share in rewards

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is not employee centric - retention over the past few years has been a result of the high stock price, which is likely to flatten out next year. Cut-throat top-down feedback environment, where management cares only about results, and doesn't shield you.
