I get to learn something valuable every day at work and that's what keeps me going to work each day. I can pick up a good conversation with almost any ansrite. Most of the projects are engaging. The managers I have worked with are level-headed people who support our tasks whenever needed.

It has its ups and downs. On one hand, it is employee-centric and provides a number of facilities such as engagement activities, additional payroll benefits, etc. On the other hand, there is still room for improvement with few middle-level managers, who need to take people skill training.

The in-hand salary increases too gradually after several years to manage a good living in a metropolitan city. Insurance as well as other benefits could be much better. There are no bonuses apart from a small Diwali gift every year.

There is a true feeling of team and teamwork in this culture. It doesn't feel competitive at all, but supportive. As a result, I believe people feel free to do their best, even if they may fail. We tend to look for the lessons in failures instead pointing the finger of blame.

Training needs to be provided to middle-level managers for people skills. In adverse situations, few behave in the wrong way. The project team needs to be held accountable when they are responsible. When I make a mistake, it is my fault. When the project team makes a mistake, it is still my fault.
