What is the best part about your compensation package?
the commission capability is very high. the base is low for this industry but you can potentially make a ton

Base salary could definitely use a bump but I like the new comp plan and that it rewards us for all area of focus (renewals, nee biz, growth, secures etc).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel the annual percentages increases that you could potentially earn (realistically) do not keep up with inflation and/or cost of living increases.

while we all work individually and live in different areas we are all very collaborative and work as a team and share ideas on best practices to win the business
