
People are now chosen by perceived personality and not work performance.
My recent compensation levels does not reflect my level of work performance. Nepotism in my group is prevalent.
Learning that not everyone needs to be managed in the same way. Not everyone is motivated by things and not everyone is perky 24/7.
More equality less sexism in my particular group. (I am not saying this is a trend, it's an isolated opinion about my small group.)
