A lot of us feel the same about how we are treated, so it's easy to talk to them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping and fighting for their employees. Think about how decision affect the employees who have to live with the decisions.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Apple has made it clear time and time again that they only care about how much money they can put in the pockets of high level executives, and couldn't care less about how their Technical Support employees are doing.
