Leadership needs to work on overall knowledge of positions...I believe management should have overall knowledge inside of ALL positions.

I think if the Apple Store had mandatory allocated collaboration time efficiency and unique ideas would arise more often.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive piece in culture at Apple is that we always try hard to work with the customers, environment for technicians..is negative.
What makes you most happy at work?
The part that allows me to operate on hardware that most technicians in the world see as tedious..and closed source. Great experience. <3
