Low morale, stagnant attitude of employees due to feeling under appreciated, underpaid and given false hopes of promotion.

Lack of moral due to bad pay, lack of promotion and stagnation in their positions. An overall negative office environment.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Apple doesn’t promote people for their work and skills but more so for relationships and friendships with managers or other interdepartmental employees. A very buddy/buddy environment.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
A more objective management staff who aren’t afraid of hiring a better performaning employee over their friend or family member of another department. Pay in accordance of quality of work rather than just focusing on metrics. Won’t give false promise in regard to ones promtoinal eligibility.
