Being able to help people who appreciate it, whether it be a customer or coworker.
I think most coworkers do an excellent job of helping each other out. Some of us need to conduct our own meetings instead our managers because we actually are on the frontline of what's going on.
I think giving direct managers more technical training. Also have teams that are all doing the same job. Our teams are so mixed, so for example we may have Mac technical Advisors & iTunes advisors on the same team.
Our direct managers need to be more trained on metrics they want us to accomplish. They need more technical experience. Normally those direct managers say "you could've did this better & did it this way" but it goes against our actually troubleshooting steps and policy.
