Yes, it's very fast pace and keeps you on your toes but I love to stay busy. There is mandatory overtime at times.

Every team I've been on has been encouraging, professional, supportive and loving. It felt like a second family.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how encouraging the leadership team is. I was always encouraged to aim higher and take on challenges I never thought I could accomplish on my own.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the best part was the maternity leave. Because of them, I was able to spend time not only bonding with my child but healing from my c-section as well. That showed me that they really cared about not only my family but my health and well-being.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was always told that you would have to do multiple interviews to get the job. I ended up only having one interview and a call back offering the job. The person that called me back was excited that I took the offer and I loved how friendly and comfortable the experience was.
