It took far too long for me to actually get hired, and my turnaround was better than most.

It's a nonstop barrage of negativity. By far we are severely understaffed and are not equipped to handle the increasing workload.

The pay could certainly be better to reflect the work we do, and there needs to be more people on hand to help the growing customer base.

Company leadership has been on the decline in the past few years. The evolution of the retail environment is taking a disturbing turn and showing less and less concern for its employees' well-being.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
For the work I do and the amount of people I see on a given day, the salary is laughable. The benefits are incredible, which is the last good thing I can say about my job.
