It's a great brand, but it makes me sad to see the lack of internal focus and direction. Great at coming up with big picture ideas, but falls flat with the details and maturing the idea.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
When trying to solve for problem, it's not uncommon to hear, "We can't do that" or "We don't have resources". Solutions are always temporary fixes and hacks.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lack of coordination, focus and direction. The responsibilities are very matrix. The problem is that when everyone is a leader, no one is the leader.
