Everything about the benefits Apple offers is pretty amazing, except their own health and wellness staff, who are not good.

Utilize qualified interviewers. Interview me one on one instead by a panel or with multiple candidates for the same position.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Again, Apple has changed from hiring smart, interesting people who have high standards to saving money and hiring a bunch of social justice warriors to work for them.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to actually start over. Get rid of the people that are there, who are focused on profits and becoming just another retail giant like BestBuy. Bring back the vision of Wozniak.
