Expectations of engineering efforts is high across the board; compensation should at least be comparable not less than contemporaries.
Quid pro quo is encouraged within the meritocracy. Individuals should rise above this for each other and the product ecosystem.
Authenticity. There are incongruencies between what is said and done specifically when managing people and careers. Focus less on products.
