Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Changes a few years backed knocked all of rating out of exempt status. We do the same and more detailed work that requires high skills and lost part of our benefits and status by being knocked down from the analysts we are.

We have a very collaborative spirit and we do the right thing. Employees feel like the leadership team genuinely cares about success of the employee and that leads to employees that want to do a good job for the company. We find a way to rise to any challenge we are faced with.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My manager called me direct to schedule the interview, met with him/her, and received a follow-up call from him/her almost immediately.
