What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can't complain. I think I am paid fairly/appropriately for my position.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Flexibility to work from home is great. I am expected to go to the office only occasionally (and I hope we keep it that way). I believe we have an inclusive culture.

Ability to work from home. Engage employees and have activities to participate in, but unfortunately I'm often too busy to attend these. Giving back, such as raising money for Ukraine and matching employee contributions. It's a giving company and I like that very much.
