They need to cultivate a better overall culture and create a one-company feeling. Transparency isn't as good as it used to be either and overall the company isn't really correlating its growth story with employee growth

Not a lot of promises are kept, and the communication/positive atmosphere is at a low comparatively speaking in regards to other places I have been employed.

We are underpaid as a whole, and theyre hiring new people at higher wages who are terrible at their jobs while those who are good are seeking other employment because we are not having our compensation increased fairly.

Underpaid for workload/expectation to juggle multiple responsibilities. Also underpaid for cost of living and level of education. A transparent comp structure would be helpful so we could know whether or not we're being paid fairly within our department, as pay and titles seem kind of random here.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
From an operational POV, we just need a culture. We originally had one but several changes has brought any semblance of the Chicago workforce culture. Additionally, we are micro-managed and treated like children. The operational support teams in Chicago are horrendous at their jobs.

It was much different when I joined. It has significantly changed. I enjoy having real conversations with people about the role, company, etc.

Talent has little to no actual assessment for how good someone will be at this job and seems to hire anyone off the street but at the same time, scares away the people who can do the job effectively.

Everyone is just doing their best, and want to see each other succeed.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Better Pay, Better Culture, Better Management. Our Motto is Get Sh!t Done, but it takes 3+ months to get a basic issue addressed. We're treated like children and tenured agents are paid less than new ones for no reason other than they cant keep anyone here because everything else is awful.
