What is the best part about your compensation package?
The Health benefits and amount of PTO day we are given.

My co-workers feel like family! Even when I go visit a different studio where I do not know the staff, as soon as I tell them I work for another Barry's location, they treat me as if I worked with them every day.

What did you like most about the interview process?
With my interview I was able to tell what I could bring to the table and I received options on the places in the company that could fit what I felt I could bring. you could tell that they wanted to make me happy and to build the brand the best way possible.
