The real Bayada Way is about maximizing profit for Directors as they get a 10% share of the profit of their office. That means that they are incentivized to pay nurses, aides, therapists and other direct care workers and office employees as little as possible. The culture thing is propaganda.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits package is on-par for the Home Care Industry in general. That said, they're not quite as good as what you get at a hospital -- But personally, I prefer working one-on-one vs. the hospital environment.

THey need to tell the truth about profit sharing and share profits with the direct care workers, nurses, therapists and aides who are in patient's homes. They need to value their caregivers, it's simple.

Just like any other company, each person is looking out for themselves and they pay lip service to the team stuff. Lots of meetings are a waste of time and ineffective because they are poorly planned.
