The real Bayada Way is about maximizing profit for Directors as they get a 10% share of the profit of their office. That means that they are incentivized to pay nurses, aides, therapists and other direct care workers and office employees as little as possible. The culture thing is propaganda.

Benefits package is on-par for the Home Care Industry in general. That said, they're not quite as good as what you get at a hospital -- But personally, I prefer working one-on-one vs. the hospital environment.
