Our benefits are amazing! Also, the unlimited PTO and new policies passed by HR really makes it a great company to work for. New policies like paid Paternity/Maternity leave, Paid FMLA leave, and as mentioned unlimited PTO!

I liked they asked me to come ready for an open discussion where I could present my plan for taking over the dept.
