What does the leadership team need to get better at?
- Acknowledging rising burnout from employees. - Improving employee wellness. Virtual pasta making and workout sessions on a seldom basis are not cutting it. Your employees are exhausted. At least pretend to care. - Providing training and proper mentorship to young/inexperienced management.

The team is genuinely supportive. Working in a virtual environment is tough, so cohesion is limited, but we make the best of it.

Coach management to instill trust and confidence. Be less self-serving. Treat your team members like they're human beings, not drones.
