I've just passed my first month and this might be one of the best experiences i've had when it comes to stability and integration of a new hire in a company; I feel like I belong here and I'm always kept in the loop even when I was still in training. and it felt good. All my questions were answered.

Brenntag is a great organization with several opportunities to grow and develop in your professional career. As we find ourselves in this transformation phase, the pace of work has been hard to keep up with across the board impacting various departments in different functions of the organization.

Lots of change however some of the change hasn't been taken positively by employees and this is due to harmonizing departments and company practices which aren't as good as what some ROCs already offer so feels like a lot has been getting taken away

They're all here for eachother; I still recall that during my onboarding, not only my manager made sure she was training me, but the entire team was here to offer their support and tells you how good they are; They are people you can trust and succeed with, and I couldn't ask for better.
