What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health insurance. Extremely good.

Moving from hourly pay to salary pay brought the freedom of no time clock and responsible time off (unlimited).

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay comparable to industry

Our respective job role is subject to expanded responsibilities almost ion a daily basis, but the training provided is usually overviews of what is needed. If we were to gain additional certifications from the training, in addition to more pay for the added new skill set(s) that would be great.

The pay is towards the bottom of the average for my position but I get to travel and the benefits are outstanding.

I've been with the company for the last 18 years. The current rate for the position I have is more than my compensation. This does not hinder me from doing my job or helping other teams and working hard at projects.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The level of competency with the contractors that have been hired is very low. BFS employees are being let go while contractors are being hired.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the immediate management has no idea what the work is and is very rude and condescending. The company let tenured BFS employees go while hiring and retaining contractors. It makes no sense. The people remaining are left to pick up the pieces.
