What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like the executive team is open about the good and the bad. I appreciate the honesty and the communication avenues like the Teams meetings and open-door policies.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher pay comparable to industry

Our respective job role is subject to expanded responsibilities almost ion a daily basis, but the training provided is usually overviews of what is needed. If we were to gain additional certifications from the training, in addition to more pay for the added new skill set(s) that would be great.

The pay is towards the bottom of the average for my position but I get to travel and the benefits are outstanding.

Every time bonuses get 're-structured' i make less money than the previous year

I've been with the company for the last 18 years. The current rate for the position I have is more than my compensation. This does not hinder me from doing my job or helping other teams and working hard at projects.

The level of competency with the contractors that have been hired is very low. BFS employees are being let go while contractors are being hired.

Communication as a whole is always a plus and maybe team building events for those who are most on travel duties.

The options to work remotely are both positive and negative. Some people ruin it for others.

Some of the teams are starting to foster an inter-departmental bond that I am hoping will grow with the other departments over time to continue the teamwork and aide in us all working toward a common goal

When teams can work in sync with each other, positively and reach a business goal or project goal efficiently and/or effectively. Sometimes its not always as it was originally planned, but because everyone worked together it succeeds

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the immediate management has no idea what the work is and is very rude and condescending. The company let tenured BFS employees go while hiring and retaining contractors. It makes no sense. The people remaining are left to pick up the pieces.
