What do you like best about the leadership team?
They way we communicate is nice and it isn't hard to get in and be part of the leadership team. I only worked here for three months before I got my first promotion, it was great.

People to come to work and that are more serious about their job, including the manager.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I ran store as gm for seven months made lsbor food and sales and then they brought someone in who has brought our store down. My team and myself feel like this was bad decision and i got nothing for all my work. Wanna talk bout undervalued. I can continue

The manager is very unfair she picks and chose who she likes, just more hours.

As a manger you get no benfient, no 401k nothing

As a manager I am continually asked to stay extra, come in early and do additional work. As a salaried employee that is fine, but I never get breaks the other way, I can't even leave five minutes early. I feel the company is a bit too strict.
