  • If you could make changes, how would you improve the culture at C Space?
There is a pervasive culture of "kool aid drinking" that can make it difficult to be constructive/critical at times. Transparency has decreased in the past year, and it would bolster morale to see the value of honesty and candor revived. Lastly, the culture of flexibility has morphed into a feeling of change for change's sake. Coupled with resourcing issues, this has had a negative impact on the culture of late. Addressing these concerns would yield significant improvements to the overall culture!
