They are great listeners and leaders. They communicate and keep us informed, and have answers to all questions or know where to find it. They encourage us to do our best, and to strive to stretch our knowledge and stats. They are the best!!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Micromanage leads and supervisors push and push and when asked for help they ignore any requests. Total disconnected between management and staff

Less red tape. Layers and layers of management to do a simple task

I get to work from home, and love our customers, co-workers and management.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Sending off work to off shore Costa Rica and Manila. Cheap labor poor customer service and product knowledge. Lack of communication skills and unable to think outside the box
