I work part time i dont get it

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If I was given respect because I worked hard there and never once got a thank you for going above and beyond I got sympathy for my carpal tunnel because they over worked me.

We do not get paid for a majority of our work. We make server wage and do not have the option to be tipped on at least half of our orders.

It is unclear what we are being paid for and how much. Third party tips were taken away and we are essentially working for under minimum wage for third party vendors when 50% of orders come from third party. I always wind up having to claim more in tips than I actually make

Right now I leave work with maybe 50 or 60 dollars a night, as opposed to the 200 a night I was used to making as a server before all of this craziness started. If there was an automatically applied gratuity, or if I made a decent hourly on top of my tips, it would be a lot more reasonable.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team gets along really well for the most part and helps each other out. If there is any problems we try to solve it internally.

If there are problems in the dining room (I.E fruit flies) nothing is done to fix the situation.
