What is the best part about your compensation package?
CentralSquare pays market value for their associates and does not make them feel undervalued.

Open PTO and 9-10s for every other friday off

Medical insurance which we really needed. We haven't had a chance to make use of it yet, so the jury is still out on that one.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My siblings make more money than I do working at an ice cream shop and Target. Given my work is a little more expertise driven, the pay could be improved. There seems to be little interest in these positions because the pay is not competitive.

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is down to earth and we mess around with each other all the time. It's one of the cooler things about working here.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel as if there is an attempt to create a culture of transparency between leadership and the teams. How actually effective it is varies, but at least there is an effort.
