I think my responses may seem a little contradictory. Certinia is a great place to work. That said, the largely virtual model is hugely flexible, but can be lonely and isolating. I can work for days without any feedback. Perhaps just a symptom of the role.

I do feel that there are times when I have not been recognised for my achievements at work, for instance a promotion that I received recently was at least 12 months overdue. This is not just my personal opinion. Many people within the business, at different levels, have also commented on this to me.

Compensation should be increased for exceptional performance outside of the sales team. Regardless of company performance. If we can afford sales bonuses, we can afford compensation increases.
