Holiday - because of the 'extra' days added for Christmas & occasional company days.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation should be increased for exceptional performance outside of the sales team. Regardless of company performance. If we can afford sales bonuses, we can afford compensation increases.
