Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I wouldn't say undervalued, but I feel like the pay I receive is a bit lower than what it should be (nothing extreme, but still). I still love working at Chegg which is why I don't mind it that much, and it wouldn't be a deal-breaker for me in any way. :)

The given salary package is not good, as per one's earning potential as being a master degree holder. Should give at least 6 Lack package after one year if not in the starting. Work demands high level of knowledge ranging from basic to advance level. But give salary for that is very very low.
