There is no leader, no team work, no team development. I'm very disappointed to know that I got fired one month ago and my manager did not even bother to tell me that. As any other human being I have needs and bills to pay, and I didn't apply for the job just for fun, I needed it. Chili's Auburn MA

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Servers make Chili’s great, sometimes owners or managers don’t appreciate it

What are some of the best things about your team?
We get along but there's one that is a favorite of the managers that doesn't pull his weight and holds the rest of us back while management lets him leave when he wants and never makes him close while the rest of use are "expected to close when needed"

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I depends on the leader to improve their team, and in Auburn-MA the leader doesn't doesn't care about what they can do to have the best team, they care only if they have a good rate to show the CEO, that's all. We don't really have a team there. What we need to work better together is a good leader

What did you like most about the interview process?
Was very friendly, lots of promises about 5 shifts a week, good salary, nice place to work. Just like a dream work, but as soon as I was hired, things become different.

Managers doing their job, paying us for out work, and holding people accountable

How management barks at the cooks to be able to keep up in a rush but never has the servers ring in the sides or extra sauces and slows us down

It's been almost one month that I'm not scheduled to work, no body told me anything, just hired 2 new servers and said that they don't have hours for me any more. I need my shifts back so I can pay my bills. I think they are waiting for me to quit instead of firing me, is that possible?
