So far my time with Choice has been great. For my team personally we always want to hear any ideas from everyone. We treat each other with respect, confidence and support which is great. I do wish more associates were eligible for bonuses.

Everyone is treated equally. Everyone is always included.

Being able to assist/help others. Interacting with my collegues.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always there to support and assist no matter what time or day/night
What is the best part about your compensation package?
5% match for 401k. Hotels room reimbursed (hopefully it continues in 2023), getting a portion of benefits cost covered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact that they all work as a team, we all support and help each other out. I know that I can always count on someone having my back.
