The people at the company are great to work with and are very supportive of each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seem to be authentic and down to earth and are interested in the overall welfare of the associates.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know from my previous experiences that my annual base salary is a little low and at my level my MIP should be a higher percentage and I should be eligible for an LTI. I would also have expected at a publicly traded company I would have been able to participate in a stock purchase plan.
