They are open and honest. They also are so good about sharing and celebrating team and individual success. You don't expect this at a large organization, but the Choice leadership team is great at it!

Our leadership team is involved & is truly there if we need their support. As part of ChoiceU, I have seen Pat, Dom, and other members of our leadership join our in-person training to support the message and interact with the franchisees. Whenever we need their help, they're never too busy to assist
