Choice been a good company to work for but I have been dissatisfied with the company for all of 2022. There is no room for advancements. We are underpaid and overworked, especially with inflation and gas prices. There has not been a cost of living increase at all which is EXTREMELY disappointing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My supervisor is very helpful and is always trying to get new and correct processes in place
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have good relationships with certain people in other departments which helps when needing assistance with issues.
What makes you most happy at work?
The team I work for. If it weren't for them I may have left Choice by now.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work great together, have fun and are always helping each other out. I know I can count on them when needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I definitely feel undervalued. The team I'm on works incredibly hard and do a lot of work that is outside of our job requirements and knowledge. There is no support from the proper teams that is needed. It's a lot of figuring things our on our own with no extra compensation.
