Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I am a boomerang associate and so glad I got to rejoin my team here at Choice. Choices investment in technology and my manager specifically have provided me with great opportunities to learn, grown and taking on challenging projects and responsibilities.

How close knit our team is and how available and supportive our manager is.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My leadership team is great at filtering their pressure and stress and don't let it trickle down to our team. They are goal driven but protect their team.
What makes you most happy at work?
New challenges, learning new skills, supporting the team by taking on additional responsibilities, being a SME in my area of work, room for fun and engaging with coworkers on projects.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are backing each other up and cross train, we stay in the know of what each of us has on their plate to help out as needed or run things by each other as needed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Learning more and growing within my role. Autonomy within my role. New challenges with taking on projects and ownership of programs. Being a subject mater expert in my role and able to support my internal customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We support one another, check in with one another, help each other grow and learn and take over if the other has a crisis to keep business up but allow them to take care of their family's needs.
