Starting out was a bit rocky. The hiring process was long and I felt there were too many interviews. Training was minimal but I quickly found the tools needed to succeed at my job. I feel departments could work together better but overall it is a great position

Finding a large piece of business for a hotel and contributing to their success.

Everyone works together and encourages one another. They always shout out another member of the team if they received help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I rarely hear about our failures. Even if they occur, it is nice to not be constantly reminded. In previous positions, I felt nothing I ever did was enough.
